Hi All,

Thanks in advance. We are planning to use J-Quey and I am new to this, Could any one please provide some links and tips on how to learn this in a short span of time.

Pick up a copy of my book (see link in my signature). It's one of the best ways to learn jQuery quickly. If you don't have much JavaScript experience, be sure to read Appendix A first.

The jQuery online docs are really good -- especially for online documentation. But they aren't exactly a tutorial that you can read through (sort of like trying to learn English by reading the dictionary).

I don't know of any thorough tutorials available online. But there are lots of blog posts you can search for that have mini-explanations of performing certain tasks.

Chapter 1 of jQuery in Action is a free download available here. It should at least give you a good overview of jQuery.
 
Don't get me started about those stupid light bulbs.
