<%@ page import="ministry.LoginBeans.*" %>

Do you have such a package or is LoginBeans a class?

<jsp:useBean id="myBean" class="ministry.LoginBeans" scope="session" />

In the code you have posted the class name is LoginBean (no 's'). So what is it actually?

Besides your code is incomplete. The authenticate() method for example does not make sense. I hope it is because it is work in progress.

cheers,
ram.
