How to come up to SWT/JFace from Java Swings/AWT

I have good knowledge in Java Swings & AWT... Now I wanna to learn SWT/JFace through swings and awt.. I mean that, I know wat is top level container in swings and wat is JFrame, JPanel etc., Instead of JFrame, JPanel wat type of component present here in SWT/JFace.. Let anyone...
