Using this link, I was trying their demo6 example [near the bottom] and got the following error ( using Tomcat6 and JSTL jars )
http://www.roseindia.net/jstl/jstlxmltags.shtml

description The server encountered an internal error () that prevented it from fulfilling this request.
exception
org.apache.jasper.JasperException: java.lang.NullPointerException

root cause
java.lang.NullPointerException
org.apache.taglibs.standard.tag.common.xml.TransformSupport.doEndTag(TransformSupport.java:195)

The code is so elementary (just like the example), but I can paste it in, if needed.
It looks like this is actually in the tag code, so pretty hard to modify from the JSP/Servlet side of things

Have I done something foolish or missed something ? If there's a work-around, what is it ?
if there isn't, have people just stopped using x:transform ?? I'm curious. I can certainly go back to use the straight code way.

Thanks in advance for your suggestions.
