I've made some of my first programs( I've been learning for 'bout 3 months) and I still don't know how to make a JAR or JPNL file that people can use. I feel like an idiot posting this but I've read around and I can make JAR's but they don't run when I click on them. And I don't even know where to start with JNPL(I'm not sure what their called).

This is a common challenge the first time around, so don't fee bad!

For executable JARs, see Java Tutorial - JAR Deployment for help.

Java Network Launch Protocol (JNLP) is is used by Java Web Start. See Java Tutorial - Web Start Deployment.

Post back with specific questions.
