If you disagree with the answer, why don't you just disagree with the answer? To assume that the person answering the question mis-understood the question, and then rephrasing it, with no noticable difference, serves no purpose here.
And BTW, this question has come up many times before -- and the answer was... no partial credit for questions on the actual
test. Either its completely right or its wrong.
