Try a little bit harder. A search for "acroform itext" brings up many relevant results, including tutorials.

thanks dear for reply , I got tutorials in how to write into pdf form , but the thing I am now thinking is how do I write into input fields , not to create new pdf and write what want
that is not my aim , you know dear , it is like filling to web form but in pdf.

what I do in web form , is to create servlet that is read inputs from web form using request.getParameter and fill the form again using request.getAttribute("") to proper field

how could I do that in pdf form exactly treating with pdf fields

Yes, filling in forms in existing PDFs is what many of those tutorials will teach you.

Or go directly to http://pdfbox.apache.org/userguide/cookbook.html where the relevant class for one particular PDF library are mentioned.
