how will a server communicate with other server

hello every one,

i have a situation where my weblogic server has to communicate with another server i am using jetty server, how to go ahead with the configurations.

to make still more clear a url which being handled by the weblogic must be picked by jetty server which will have an application ready to handle that url and display the screen to the user.

can anyone help me how to configure this, or give me any solution for this.
