Got total experience of more than 10 years but still the Designation is Lead. Lead in India is more over like a Tech Lead/ Project Lead. On comparison with other friends, I found my designation is far less than others. Most of them have touched above Project Manager/Delivery Manager/System architects. This make me feel bit disappointed. I agree that my designation is less than other(s) However salary could be at par than others Or could be slighlty more.

Trying to find out the reason that Why my designation is less than others. Is it due to that fact that I changed the company very frequently... What do you think?

First company 5 years, Second 1 year, Third 1 year and current one 3+ years.

I am lacking in dealing Diplomaticly with Managers and all. Please suggest How should I take it / what should I do now?

Yes. Soft skills including this one are a key in getting promoted beyond that level. Do you have any you work with that you trust? Often people who know us in person can offer personal advice. I've been fortunate to know a few people in that category and it helps greatly.

If you don't know anyone, ideas are to read books on the topic. Practice and take notes about what works/doesn't and why. That way you can get better at it.
