custom swing gui form template in netbeans 6.9

hi there.

im in the process of creating my own template of a Swing GUI Form in netbeans when i bumped on this problem.

i wanted netbeans to be able to integrate its form editor to my template.
i have read the JFrame Form template so i'd have the idea to create a template of my own classed frame.



there comes my problem, i wanted it to be a Form template. i need help on how to make this work.
