how to implement VOIP call in web page?

hi all,

I have a list of phone number and i want to call through VOIP in my web application. Any idea how to implement VOIP in my web page? or any dialer ?

What VOIP client are you intending to use? Whatever it is you are liable to need to be able to call it via JavaScript if you are doing this in a web page. I believe Skype has a JavaScript API, so that might be one you can use.
