How to write our own xml parser without using DOM and SAX, is it possible? what is the approach for these task ?

Of course it is possible, how do you think all these different parsers got written?

You need two things:
1. Good grip on basic operations with Java Strings and regex expressions.
2. The formal definition of XML - start here at the W3C.

It would also be good if you could figure out exactly what you want as output
