locating the JSF resources directory

When I created the resources directory under any directory except Web-Pages, I couldn't access the images, Css files, Java Script etc. directly, for example, using
<hutputStylesheet library="css" name="styles.css"/>

So is there any way (XML config etc.) to access the resources when placed under a different directory than Web-Pages.

If you have a look at the attachment, you can see the content of the resources file and understand what it is used for.

Hope anyone can help. Thanks in advance...
