i am new to programming and i read on an instruction that says like this:
adding the location of your
JDBC
to your class path?
what is class path mean and how can do that?

About the classpath, see:
How to set the classpath
What is most likely meant is that you need to add the JDBC driver to your classpath. The JDBC driver for your database is a JAR file (Java library).
