Hi all.

I've used struts for some time, so it's not new to me. But this one has stumped me. I've taken an existing application that works fine, and set it up in a new location on a new server (tomcat), and I can't get struts to work. When I load my page I get this error:

javax.servlet.jsp.JspException: Cannot find ActionMappings or ActionFormBeans collection at org.apache.struts.taglib.html.FormTag.lookup(FormTag.java:711) at org.apache.struts.taglib.html.FormTag.doStartTag(FormTag.java:419)

If I remove the <html:form action=""> element from my page it loads fine. I've tried lots of things, to no avail. I have a nagging feeling that for some reason it's not finding my struts-config.xml file but cannot really prove that. It's under WEB-XML as usual.

Any advice I could try please?
