How do I create dynamic JSF content?

If I have some object, 'X', that gets populated with database information, how do I get that object populated and translated into its correct JSF markup?

I was thinking of there were some Java library that would mirror the JSF markup items like <h:commandLink> might map onto javax.jsf.CommandLink and when you did the toString you'd get the <h:commandLink> JSF markup.

Any ideas? Best practices? Is there such a library? What is it called?

Thanks
