Hi,
I'm a java / J2EE developer.
My experience is mostly on Servlet,JSP,Struts and JSF .
I'v also learnt Jquery and Ajax development.

My question is if i want to be prepared for mobile development,
Like most of todays user and also business is on cell phones and table PC, the compact elctronic bussiness is going strong.

As i'm already having an experience in Website and ecommerce development, should i also be prepared for J2ME
and technologies in mobile app and wesite development only meant for Mobile and tablet PC.

How should i prepare.

From which technology should i start studing.
Should i start from J2ME , or should i really concentrate on what i am doing right now that is JEE.

Please suggest me

JME (formerly known as J2ME) has kind of stalled in recent years, and it's not clear that it can regain its momentum. The hot sector of mobile is smartphones, and just about the only hot smartphones that use JME are the BlackBerries.
If you want to use your Java skills, check out Android; otherwise, broaden your horizons and look into iOS (which uses an OO dialect of C called Objective-C).

With a little knowledge, a cast iron skillet is non-stick and lasts a lifetime.
