Is there any way to rotate text using iText. I am trying to create a form, and on the right margin, I want to have "NAME ___________ CASE # __________" perpendicular to the rest of the form.

I see there is a rotation field in Rectangle, which is inherited by Cell, but while there is a getRotation() method, there is no setRotation() method.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Cell and Table are outdated classes that are no longer supported. Consider migrating to PdfPCell and PdfPTable, the APIs are pretty similar so that's probably not too much work. And PdfPCell has a setRotation method :-) ... as well as other options that are lacking in Cell.
