Hello,

Just passed part 1 with score 67%. Not complete happy with score, but PASSED.

My readings:
  • 2 x Java EE 5 tutorial
  • 2 x Sun Certified Enterprise Architect for Java EE Study Guide
  • Java EE 6 tutorial, just for kicks.
  • Patterns from various web-sites + Head First Design Patterns
  • Articles from IBM developerWorks
  • Mock questions from Oracle

  • Remember: Exam is only for Java EE 5! Although it has lot's of universal architecture questions, the actual technological detailed questions are taken from Java EE 5.

And.. it was much harder than Mock questions. It has also some very detailed "remember by rote" questions, although some sources says otherwise (I cannot speak any more, sorry.)
