How to remove the white space in web view

Hi
I am developing a android application .In that i am displaying a web page in web view the web page contains only one image
The problem is the web view displaying the image in the center and the other places in web view will be blank(white)
I want to remove the white space to display only the image in the web view
Is their any possibility means explain me

Instead of loading the webpage just load the image and display it as an ImageView?

My app contains more than 25 slides i want to display separate image for each slide

I am loading image from url at the time of clicking image i am loading some url

I done this but my problem is the app got much time to run

So please help me how to rectify this problem

You will have to load the images in a separate thread. (see AsyncTask for example).
When you start the activity directly start loading the images in the background thread. Every time an image is loaded completely you add that one to the view.
