Hello,

In facebook when you are online and anybody sends you friend request it is reflected without refreshing the page...

can anybody tell me that how can do that in java..

do you know abt AJAX ?
Facebook is devloped on php, ajax .
Using Ajax you can achieve your targets. No need to refresh.

Nope, can't be done with Java. As already pointed out, Ajax is used which is a JavaScript technology.
