I can't start Tomcat properly

I want to use Tomcat to build a web portal by Liferay. But I'm getting "Could not load driver class oracle.jdbc.driver.OracleDriver" error. I dont know much thing about the problem. Please help! Here is the screen shot of tomcat error. Thank you.

there is one jar file of oracle driver to create a connection...try to load that...if you have right driver jar file then set its classpath before use it.
