Hi Nancy,
my advice: study hard, read the whole K&B book at least twice. Do lots of mock exams. Then review your wrong answers in these mock exams - this is very important. Write a lot of small programs to make clear all the concepts which you are not fully comfortable with.

Some mocks are free and for some you must pay. There is a great exam simulator called ExamLab (you can find it on google) which is free and contains 5 full mock tests. Another free exam simulator is Inquisition.

study for learning concepts
you can get good score just by remembering a set of questions but that will not help you at all

Why would you need to score so high? Of course it looks good, but don't forget to actually learn something on the way!
