Where do i find the compiled java code(servlet) for the corresponding jsp files?

i am using apache-tomcat-6.0.20. Where do i find the compiled java code for the jsp files?

There should be a "work" folder under your installation. The compiled files should be in there.

To be precise, both the compiled JSP-to-Java and Java-to-class files will be in there. Generally under "TOMCAT_HOME/work/Catalina/localhost/mywebapp".
