I want to prevent user from entering the URL manually.I have seen one of example of above implementation on Citi Bank Website.when user want to log in new browser page opens without forward/backward option and there you cannot enter anything into the given URL.

Any Help regarding that would be appreciated

You can use JavaScript to open a new window without the toolbars.

Look up window.open(). If there's no place for the user to enter a URL, then they can't enter one, can they?
