Run Time Expression as attribute value  RSS feed

Hi all,

If we use a run time expression (e.g. an EL) as value of an attribute, do we still put double quotes around it?

So which of the following is correct?

Since, this standard action's value accepts request time attribute expression, you can use it (The quote is optional in this case).
 
Don't get me started about those stupid light bulbs.
