servlet does not run - error 404 / The requested resource (/TicketSystem/) is not available.  RSS feed

Hello - sorry I am a java newbie, but i have troubles installing a java servlet since 2 weeks... maybe someone can help me here.

I want to run the apllication "TicketSystem" on my webserver (shared tomcat 5.5). i have to deploy the application with plesk 9.5.
the application is packed on a .war file. i have no other access to the server. the application has to connect to a database (mysql / phpadmin

server - website path: /var/www/vhosts/
server - tomcat path: /usr/share/tomcat5.5/psa-webapps/
