Well this is my first post on here . So excuse me, if my question sounds irrelevant.
Is there a "plugin" per se for struts into eclipse?? .

We also ask that you search first.
Google seems to come up with some relevant results as does the Eclipse Plugin site.
 
It is sorta covered in the JavaRanch Style Guide.
