How add dependency of existing module of project to another module of the same project

Hi every body,


I have multi module projectt.

   
      MainProject
      |
      |------base(module jar)
      |         |---pom.xml
      |
      |------tools (jar module)
      |           |
      |           |---pom.xml
      | 
      |------Webappp(War module)
      |           |
      |           |------pom.xml
      |-----pom.xml
   

In webapp pom.xml i want base modules class files to compile webapp java files

Please suggest me how to acheive it ?
