Hi, I need some expert's help to add caption to my multiframe slide show and also my slide show is loading very slowly in IE. Is working fine in Firefox and Chrome and already have the preload script. Below is the code for my slide show and you can see it @ http://www.unique-women-clothing.com/evening-dress.html

Welcome to JavaRanch.

This is JavaScript, not Java. JavaScript is a totally different language than Java. Someone once pointed out the difference between JavaScript and Java as similar to the difference between "hamster" and "ham".

We do have a forum about JavaScript here, so I'll move your question there.

Welcome to the Ranch!

Next time please UseCodeTags and maintain indentation when posting code. I've added your post to add both the code tags and indentation.

One remaining question: which version of IE are you using? I've noticed myself with one of our corporate web applications that IE6 can be very, very slow with JavaScript. Firefox is a lot faster, and Chrome blows both away. I haven't really tested it with IE8 yet.

Edit: Jesper already moved it

Sorry guys, I am a Greenhorn, will take note next time. I was using IE 7 then upgraded to IE8, no different.

Fixed the subject.

I found some pretty shells, some sea glass and this lovely tiny ad:
