I cant see my post "Looking for a SIM game programmer and an artist to team-up with ..."

If I Google it I get this message" Oooops. You don't have sufficient privileges to access this message."

Do you think I did anything wrong?

Your thread was moved (by me) to our compost heap, which is why you don't have sufficient privileges. The top of the forum states:

Position postings must include a city (location) in the subject, or the post will be deleted.
It is asked that you include the Posting Date in the Topic Title.
