Hi,

Today I appeared for SCEA part 3. After finishing the test, I go results saying "You answered 0 questions correctly which gives you a score of 0%. Test Status: Fail". How come test status is failed? Essay exam/Part3 is evaluated along with Part 2 which I would be submitting shortly.

Can anyone have any clue?

Regards,
Amit

I believe that the value "0" is simply a default value on the printout. Since the exam requires an essay and a manual comparison with your part 2 submission (rather than multiple choice answers), there's no way for the testing software to evaluate your part 3 submission.

Similar results -- and similar worries -- have arisen in the SCJD, and in each case, the real test results came from Oracle by email after a while.

For what it's worth, here's a thread that contains many similar accounts.
