Try the general API page and look in the upper left frame.

Personally I open the API class page and run a regex, but I'm trying to extract all Classes and not the Packages.
Hence I read http://download.oracle.com/javase/6/docs/api/allclasses-frame.html but you'd read http://download.oracle.com/javase/6/docs/api/overview-frame.html
