Hello,

I have recently started learning java, I am doing so through the book "Head First Java". So far I have been able to get along fine without the J2SE API documentation, however the next chapters will demand that I have it. I would like to download it because I am not usually able to connect to the internet, so having it on the computer would be very helpful. The thing is that I have not been able to find where to download it, despite wandering around the web for about two hours trying to find out how. I usually run into something saying the that it has reached its End of Service Life, and then it dead ends. I have also heard something about how it should be reinstalled on my mac, the computer I am working on, but I can't find it. I am a bit frustrated by this because it seems to me that this would be simple enough to find, so I hope I'm not wasting anyones time.

Thanks!

Welcome to the Ranch
http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/javase/downloads/index.html
Scroll down a bit to the Java SE Documentation and click the download zip button
