What are the Difference in between those?

Why would you want to appear for SCJP 1.5? You better take up SCJP 1.6 exam.

i think SCJP 1.5 is less tough than SCJP 1.6 ..That's why i am asking?

No, both are of equal difficulty. There are few new topics added to SCJP 1.6 otherwise the pattern, passing marks and all should be same. But in my opinion always better to take the latest version.
