Hi

I have following questions about Part 3 exam interface

1> How is the interface designed for Part 3 exam? Does it has question and the text area below to give answer?
2> Does the answer area has rich text support like creating bullets or spell check?
3> Is there a limit on how much you can write in the answer area? Or you can write as much as the time permits
4> I understand from the previous post that you can move back and forth between all the questions? is it correct?
5> Are there fixed 8 questions to be answered in 90 mins? or the number of questions vary?

Thanks

Saurabh

1) Yes, a very simple interface

2) No - it is plain text. You can create your own pseudo lists (like you did with your numbering in the post above), but there are no special features like spell checking.

3) I don't know. I think if you are running out of room then you are probably writing too much

4) That is what I remember

5) The number of questions are fixed, however the actual questions themselves vary. That is, you might get asked a totally different set of 8 questions than the set of 8 questions your neighbor gets asked. They are just taken from a pool of questions.

90 mins?

The Oracle education site speak about 90 mins here but the Prometric exam confermation mail say

2:15 h = 135 mins != 90 mins

What is the exam duration really?

The exam is for 2 hours...

About question (2) asked above, although you can make your own pseudo list but i think the examiner might not see the answer with the same presentation.

During the exam, i tried resizing the 'answer' section box and all my lists started getting distorted.

3) I wrote a lot and didn't hit a limit.

On 120 vs 90 minutes, I also got 120 minutes but it included reading the instructions. I read the agreement thoroughly so I lost a few minutes there. That said, 90 minutes was plenty.
