How to Translate Data base values into Arabic in my struts application

Hi
I have problem in my struts application.Till now i have created all the pages in multilingual ,using struts application properties file.I want use data base only in english or arabic.now I want data base results also in Arabic or English according to user choice.For results in English ,no problem because data base is in English.Suppose user is in Arabic mode then how to translate data base results such as name of student,and report etc in Arabic.I don't want to use Google Translate API because the application is Intranet only.
Please help me any on in this problem.If possible suggest me how to use Translator softwares in the Struts application.Suppose if I purchage Babylon sofwtare then how can I use it for user interface translation.
Please help me on this this is very ASAP....Thank you very much in advance.....

Could you please have a look at this page: EaseUp.

As for your question, before you rush off (read EaseUp again) to implement automatic translation you should evaluate it, to see if it is going to be usable. You might find you are annoying your Arabic-reading customers by providing them rubbishy translations.
