Is there a 1.7 SCJP on the horizon?

I read in another post on here about a 1.7 SCJP exam coming out soon, should I hold out and aim for that or is it really far off in the future?

You could do that if you plan to hold at least for 2 years I'd say, since Java 7 has to come out in production version + SCJP 7 to be prepared. I don't know how fast it happened with SCJP 6 though, I was still learning algorithms and data structures at that time in university
