Is there a connection between Chrome and the Android  RSS feed

Hi;

In your title you mention that the book covers both subject programing for the Android and for Chrome. Are there alot of simularities? Mobile development should differ significantly from "regular" web page development.

Also, on a different topic does the android have the capability of runing a small server on it that allows for RSS feeds?

They are pretty similar as they use the same browser engine but offcourse developping pages for mobile web is pretty different and I would no say "significantly" because concepts stay the same.
For your second question, Web apps are hosted on a remote server and don`t access any local server.
