Why BP did not recommend to use SOAPEncodingStyle attribute in SOAP envelope

+Pie Number of slices to send: Send
Hello All,

We know that SOAP 1.1 has encodingStyleAttribute that can be used on any elements of SOAP messages. But BP does not recommend the usage. In the BP 1.1, it says

The soap:encodingStyle attribute is used to indicate the use of a particular scheme in the encoding of data into XML. However, this introduces complexity, as this function can also be served by the use of XML Namespaces.

Can somebody explain me, if possible with an example of how a namespace can be used to replace encodingStyle attribute ?
