Issue with request from IE 8.0 via IIS web server to ISAPI plugin for Weblogic 8.1 app server  RSS feed

We have a java application deployed and running on weblogic 8.1. Weblogic app server is integrated with IIS 6.0 webserver through ISAPI plugin. This setup is working fine for requests to application from IE 6.0 browser but are failing when the request is from IE 8.0 or Mozilla 3.5 or Chrome. The request is breaking at IIS while forwarding through the ISAPI plugin.

This appears to be an issue with "user agent" for these latest browsers, which doesn't seems to be handled by the ISAPI plugin of weblogic 8.1.
I have tried installing the plugin of weblogic 10.3 and 11g too, but no resolution still.

Any suggestions on this front are highly appreciated.

Many Thanks
