Which mobile platform devices are cheapest and worth of money ?

We talked about many technical aspects of various mobile platforms like android , ios , blackberry , symbian , windows mobile etc.


If we talk about coasting . than which is cheapest . I know symbian devices are cheapest . But i wants to talk about worth of money . I thinks android is cheapest with great functionality.
