I need to develop a cache that satisfies the below requirements.

1. The system calls the web service which aggregates, organizes, and returns selected data values from a number of separately-maintained tables
2. The system expands the output of the web service so that the cache contains a series of unique individual records containing data values for each of the following data elements in context to one another.
3. The system as a single transaction does the following to update the cache:
A. serializes the output of the web service into a set of contextually distinct records;
B. deletes existing records in the cache; and
C. adds the new set of records to the cache
4. The application server cache has to be scheduled to be updated automatically daily, as well as on demand
5. The system allows filtering action to be performed by the user and as a result of this action the data values may shrink to the subset of those data values that are derived from the cache.

Good luck with that. If you have any problems feel free to ask (in the right category) but do ShowSomeEffort.
