Hi,

Does license agreement provided by java for JAVA SE mention any where that you can use it only for development for individual need and cannot sell software/product commercially developed using JAVA SE.
Any link mentioning it in black and white would be really helpful.

Generally yes, you can sell your OWN code written for execution in the Java environment. But don't take my word on it. If you are worried about it you should take the appropriate licenses to a lawyer and double check that the terms and conditions allow you to do what you want.

The programs you write in Java and compile with Oracle's Java compiler are yours just as much as the programs you write in C and compile with gcc are yours. You can do anything with them you want, including giving them away for free (with any license, including GPL, BSD, etc) or sell them for money. It'd be a strange world where Oracle determines what I do with code I've written myself.

What you cannot do however, is ship your program with Oracle's JRE. Well, you may, but this is where you'd really have to check Oracle's license agreement. But I think you can't.
