programatically access MS Project Server via Java? (WS maybe?)

Do anyone know a way to access a MS Project Server to retrieve how much % a project is complete, via java?

It seems that http://mpxj.sourceforge.net/index.html can read MS Project Files, but I would like to get the online info, directly from the server.
