In my prometric profile theres is a magic
word "Passed" (before it was "Tested"), although official results of this exam is still on their way.
For me this exam was horrible, because there were about 20-25% of unrelated to JPA questions, primarily
EJB questions.
For preparation I used this list of topics taken from their site:
Design a Java application that uses a RDMS
Create basic JPA Entity classes
Utilize Entity classes by creating code that uses the EntityManager API
Use JPA relationships
Use advanced JPA features
Ensure data integrity by using Transactions and Locking
Apply Entity Listeners and Callback Methods
Create error handling code
Optimize database access
Configure and package JPA Entity classes in enterprise modules
Java Persistence Criteria API
Java Persistence Query Language
As a hint I can say that there were lots and lots of questions on Criteria API
