Hello Sir!

I had been trying to run an executable file that is located on the client side computer using JSP. There is no error occurred. I am using NetBeans IDE 6.8, Firefox 3.6.13. I checked error console on Firefox. There is also nothing. Is there any security issue? I tried this:

But it does not work. How to do this? Please help me.....

Cannot be done. Just imagine the security nightmare if this were possible!

JSP executes on the server, so, thank goodness, it has no means to cause anything to execute on the client.

If you want to execute code on the client, you'll need to look into Applets or JNLP.
