form to jsp request object is lost  RSS feed

Hi..

I need help. I am bigginer in Struts.
I have flow like from form1 to action1 then jsp1. but incase form1 has some error it goes to ActionErrors class. here if I set any request object in form1 and try to see in jsp1 then I dont see that.

Please help.

what is it that you are setting in the request upon error. Did you over ride validate method in the ActionForm?

Problem is resolved by putting value into session instead of request object.
