Choosing between two tile definitions

Hello to everyone. I have defined two tile definitions in an tiles-defs.xml file. In one of my JSPs I wish to choose one of the definitions depending on the language that has been provided. I had written the following:



However, I keep getting an error that the } are unbalanced and that the tiles:insert scope is broken. Could anyone please explain this as I relatively new to Tiles. Also, is what I am hoping to achieve possible.
