I am learning how to convert existing PDF 1.4 to PDF/A. Can some one please let me know is there any Open source library are available to convert PDF to PDF/A? I also need some code example to convert PDF to PDF/A. Thanks in Advance!!

I doubt any open source solution exists, as it's a rather specialized -and decidedly non-trivial- task. Qoppa has a bunch of commercial libraries for all kinds of PDF-related tasks, though.
